Who This Notice Covers
FUNTAP TECH PTE. LTD. is the company responsible for Rizzi. Throughout this notice, the company is called “FUNTAP,” “we,” “our,” or “us.” “Rizzi” and “App” mean the Rizzi service, whether accessed through its mobile software or on the web.
This notice sets out our handling and protection of information: what is collected, why it is used, and when it is disclosed. Our practices are intended to keep accounts secure, make the service dependable, and help us enhance users’ experience. We handle information only in ways allowed by the laws that apply.
Rizzi is for adults. A person must be 18 or older to use it. We neither intend nor knowingly allow access by anyone below that age.
An intake process is mandatory when someone first uses Rizzi. It applies equally to account holders and guests. Details entered during intake must remain complete, correct, current, and truthful. Each user is accountable for the details they submit and their accuracy. Access may be suspended or ended when a submission is incomplete, deceptive, or untrue; the person who submitted it may also incur legal liability.
Data Within Our Operations
The categories below describe the information Rizzi handles.
Account Details
Email; age; gender; and details associated with an Apple or Google account.
Technology and Device Details
Browser type; operating-system version; device type and model; device ID; Apple IDFA or IDFV; and other identifiers unique to a device.
Logs and Activity
Chat records; browsing history; network logs; use of individual features; and network-diagnostic data.
Materials Supplied by Users
Text, pictures, and files sent to Rizzi are processed. This includes contributions for building an AI character, information used to enrich chats, and everything a user communicates in a conversation with an AI character.
SDK-Related Data
Software development kits supplied by third parties may obtain device IDs and data about patterns of use and interactions. Their functions may involve authentication, analytics, AI inference, crash reporting, or delivery of push notifications.
Purchases
Paid functionality is available as individual in-app purchases. Apple In-App Purchase processes iOS transactions, while Google Play Billing processes Android transactions.
Payment-card details do not pass through or remain with us. A purchase provider may send us purchase metadata such as product ID, amount paid, and transaction ID.
Product Analytics Provided by Microsoft Clarity
Rizzi uses Microsoft Clarity to learn how the App is interacted with. The resulting insight is used to make its design, stability, performance, features, usability, and overall experience better.
The limited usage and technical data Clarity may receive automatically consists of items such as:
- Operating-system and device details
- Rizzi’s version
- Information about interfaces and screens
- Coarse location determined from an IP address
- Navigation routes and interactions such as gestures, touches, and taps
- Selected performance data
From this data, Microsoft produces measurements of use, heatmaps, behavioral analysis, and reconstructed replays of sessions.
If the applicable Clarity feature supports doing so, input-field content, personally identifiable information, and sensitive material are removed, sanitized, or masked before Microsoft receives them. We do not purposefully set up Clarity to obtain payment details, login credentials, or words entered in private-chat input boxes.
Microsoft may receive and process Clarity data according to its Microsoft Privacy Statement and Microsoft Clarity Terms of Use.
Reasons for Using Information
Delivering Rizzi
We use information to set up accounts and make chat, AI-character, and space-personalization functions available.
Adapting the Experience
We use it to tailor what a user experiences and the content suggested to them.
Evaluating and Enhancing the App
We study how features are used, how people interact and navigate, how the App performs, and the heatmaps and reconstructed session replays produced through analytics. This reveals usage patterns and technical or usability difficulties, allowing improvements to design, stability, functionality, and the experience as a whole.
Enhancing Our AI
AI-interaction data may contribute to training and improving our algorithms. In Rizzi’s settings, a user can prevent conversations from being applied to AI training. Choosing this setting does not reduce access to the Services.
Safety and Compliance
Information supports App integrity and security, fraud and abuse prevention, and fulfillment of legal requirements.
EEA and UK Processing Grounds
When the General Data Protection Regulation applies, the controller of personal data is FUNTAP TECH PTE. LTD., operator of Rizzi. Processing subject to EEA or UK law is supported by one or more of these grounds:
Contract
Data may be disclosed, shared, or used when required to carry out an agreement with a user and discharge commitments created by that agreement.
Consent
A user’s consent is the ground for processing when the law calls for it and in certain other cases.
Legitimate Interests
We may pursue a legitimate commercial interest through personal-data processing unless the affected individual’s interests or fundamental freedoms and rights take precedence. The relevant interests are serving customers; undertaking certain promotions; analyzing and improving the business; securing the Services; stopping fraud; and handling legal affairs.
Legal Duties
We use or disclose data when this is required to meet an obligation imposed by law.
A person may also bring a complaint to the supervisory authority with jurisdiction. Before doing so, we encourage the person to approach us so we can try to resolve the issue.

Personal information is not sold by us.

Providers may be given information, or access to it, to assist with operating, examining, protecting, and enhancing Rizzi. Their services may cover:
- Artificial intelligence
- Cloud hosting
- Authentication
- Analytics or behavioral analytics
- Microsoft Clarity
- Crash reporting

- Push notifications
Lawful Process
We may provide information in order to fulfill a legal duty or answer a request that is lawful.
Business Events
A sale of assets, acquisition, or merger may involve disclosure of information.
Protection, Storage Period, and Deletion
We maintain robust protective measures intended to guard information against destruction, disclosure, alteration, and access that are not authorized.
Nonetheless, electronic storage and internet transmission cannot be made completely secure, so absolute protection is not possible.
Where a breach involving personal data occurs, notice will be given to the affected user and the proper supervisory authorities if the applicable law requires it.
Retention lasts no longer than needed to supply the requested Services and pursue legitimate business purposes.
A deletion request can be made at any time, either with the account-deletion control inside Rizzi or as a formal request sent to support using the contact details below.
Processing Outside a User’s Country
Data may be processed or transferred in the United States, Singapore, or any other country where a provider serving us operates. Using Rizzi signifies consent to those transfers.
If the governing law requires extra safeguards for a cross-border transfer, we put suitable protections in place. For data leaving the EEA or UK, these protections include Standard Contractual Clauses.
Choices and Privacy Rights
Available rights vary according to a user’s location and are subject to relevant conditions and exceptions. They may allow a user to:
- Obtain access to personal data
- Have inaccurate data corrected
- Seek erasure of personal data
- Object to a particular type of processing
- Decline specified uses, including personalized suggestions and AI training
- Revoke consent when consent supports the processing
California
A California resident may ask what personal information we collect, use privacy rights without discriminatory treatment, and decline the sale or sharing of personal information. Rizzi does not sell or share personal information within the meanings assigned to those activities by the California Consumer Privacy Act.
Taiwan
Under Taiwan’s Personal Data Protection Act, a user in Taiwan may inquire about data, examine it, receive a copy, have it supplemented or corrected, require processing to cease, and require its deletion.
Hong Kong
The Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) permits Hong Kong users to submit requests for data access and data correction.
Singapore
Rights granted by the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 are available to Singapore users, who may also complain to the Personal Data Protection Commission.
Later Versions of This Notice
We may change this notice from time to time.
For a material change, the revision date above will be changed and, when suitable, notice will also be delivered in Rizzi or through email.
Continued use after the new notice takes effect means that the user accepts it.
